About

I am an incoming PhD student at Peking University working on AI for Biology, co‑advised by Prof. Deng Xingwang and Prof. He Hang. Before PKU I will complete dual Bachelor's degrees in Agronomy and Engineering at Southwest University (Shennong Class, Honors). My research interests lie in AI and computational biology, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) for smart breeding.

Formal training across agronomy and information security laid the groundwork for my current research in AI for smart breeding.

• BrassicaCTD: Comparative Transcriptomics Database (National Undergraduate Innovation Program, 2024–2025). Principal investigator; designed, implemented, and deployed a database for comparative transcriptomics across Brassica species. Link: BrassicaCTD.
• PGF: Pan‑Gene Family Analysis Framework (2025). Cross‑species pan‑gene family analysis with application to Brassica U's Triangle. Link: PGF.
